What you will be doing in this role
As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will work under the direct supervision of an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate person-centred care to patients.
We have several Undergrad/Assistant In Nurse roles available within our Casual Roster Pool. The purpose of this role is to provide support to all wards within the hospital to fill sick and annual leave and other shifts as required.
Who we’re looking for:
- You’ll have flexible availability to be able to work morning, afternoon and night shifts across a 7-day week.
- You’ll be a team player who has great time management skills and can manage your own and shared workloads
- You’ll have an interest in Nursing best practice with an understanding of policies to ensure confidentiality, dignity, respect, and rights of patients are upheld
- You’ll have effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
- You’ll have completed at least one year of Bachelor of Nursing studies or possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or Health Service Assistance.
- You’ll have Full Australian Working rights without any restrictions.
